Long Island National

"Long Island National takes its place in a setting of golfing wonders on the Eastern end of Long Island. It is a traditional heartland golf course, buffered by sea breezes just off the North Fork, and playing across the open savannah landscape."
-Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
Architect
All I have to say to you, Mr. Jones, is fescue... well done sir, well done.

I recall the time we went golfing that steamy summer afternoon in the burbs of H-town. we really ticked off those guys that were walking.
